Working with Hunt Bike Wheels has been one of the most creatively fulfilling parts of my design journey. Their clean, performance-focused aesthetic aligns closely with my own minimalist style, making every project feel intuitive and exciting. I’ve designed graphics for a wide range of their products - from road, gravel, and MTB wheels to high-profile launches like the Sub50 Limitless, now one of Hunt’s most iconic and best-selling wheels. I also created wheel graphics that were used by one of our triathlon athletes at the Kona Ironman in Hawaii, bringing the brand’s presence to one of the most prestigious endurance events in the world. Being part of Hunt’s growing product range has allowed me to combine precision design with real-world performance, something I’m always proud to contribute to.

TRI/TT
I designed Hunt’s triathlon wheels with a focus on clean, aerodynamic graphics that reflect the speed and precision of the sport. We wanted the wheels to stand out during racing, not just in performance, but visually too. The design had to feel fast, minimal, and bold, aligning with Hunt’s sleek aesthetic while ensuring high visibility on the world stage, including events like the Kona Ironman. Every detail was considered to create a wheel that looked as sharp as it performed.

50 Limitless/Limitless Range.
Designing Hunt’s Limitless wheel was all about capturing the innovation and performance behind the product. As one of the brand’s most advanced aero wheels, it needed a bold yet refined visual identity. I focused on clean, confident graphics that reflected the wheel’s cutting-edge engineering while staying true to Hunt’s minimalist design language. The result is a look that feels fast, modern, and instantly recognisable, fitting for a wheel that’s become a flagship in their range.
LIMITLESS
My approach to designing Hunt’s wheels is rooted in simplicity, clarity, and performance. I aim to create graphics that feel fast, clean, and intentional enhancing the product without distracting from its purpose.

Privateer Bikes.
I was closely involved in designing the graphics for Privateer Bikes, working across frame designs, logo applications, and supporting assets. My focus was on creating a look that felt modern, purposeful, and aligned with the bikes’ enduro-first attitude and no-nonsense engineering. Over the years with the v1 bike we did many colours including a special edition Ohlins Bike.
Cairn Cycles.
Alongside Privateer Bikes I also spent a lot of time working on the graphics for Cairn Cycles, creating designs that reflected the brand’s focus on adventure, simplicity, and everyday performance. From frame graphics to product detailing, my aim was to keep things clean, functional, and refined - supporting Cairn’s identity as a dependable and accessible brand built for real-world riding.

Winning Awards.
Hunt’s 40 Carbon Gravel Race (40 CGR) wheelset earned the prestigious Design & Innovation Award 2025 - often regarded as the “Oscars of the cycling world” thanks to its stringent judging process and real‑world testing standards . Having my design recognised within this award process was super rewarding. The design had to match the wheel’s performance credentials: a 40 mm deep, lightweight (≈1400 g) hookless rim optimized for wide gravel tyres, built using Hunt’s innovative H_Cyclo recyclable carbon technology . I aimed for a clean, aesthetic that reflected both Hunt’s style and sustainability of the product.

DESIGNING FOR YOU HEROS
I had the opportunity to adapt a custom set of wheels for Hunt’s new sponsored athlete, Tyler McCaul - a rider I’ve grown up watching and admiring. Seeing a product I helped design on his bike was such a hyped moment and a real personal highlight.
